Rates are $130 for the first hour and $50 for each additional half-hour of a single session.

I can accept one student each semester for an intensive package.  This includes a 2-hour session each week and nightly check-ins on work, using e-mail and phone to oversee nightly homework.  This costs $500 a week.

Finally, I can do small-group tutoring of 2-4 students.  This is excellent option for students who need outside guidance to complete assignments, for a small group of friends wishing to study for the SAT or ACT together.  In a situation like this, I tend to meet quickly with each student at the beginning to establish priorities, than work with each student individually as the other students continue working on their projects.  Rates are $180 an hour for the first hour and $65 for each additional half hour.

All payments must be made at the time of service.

Cancellations should be made 24 hours before any session; if not, the session will be billed at the full rate.

Generally I will travel to your home.  If you live outside of Manhattan, we will probably meet at a Manhattan coffee shop.  I rarely travel outside of Manhattan.
